Case study: a five-language site for a bakery chain
Fictional client Harbor Bakery moved from an old host to the edge, and order inquiries doubled (demo numbers).

The client
Harbor Bakery (fictional): eight shops, and half the customers are tourists.
The problem
The old site was Chinese only, took five to six seconds to open, and went down on a holiday weekend.
What we did
- Rebuilt the site on CF CMS, deployed on the Cloudflare free tier
- Menus and shop pages publish in Chinese, English, Japanese, Spanish, and Arabic together
- A dashboard sums up visits per language every day
Results (demo numbers)
- Homepage load time down from 5.6 s to 0.8 s
- Order inquiries from non-Chinese pages doubled
